Cute hotel. It was clean and updated. Very nice area with good dining options. Breakfast was ehh. Our favorite hotel of the several we stayed at on our road trip.

This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When I booked the room, I booked for the wrong type of room. So I called the hotel, and they said, “No problem! We will get you booked for the correct type of room!” Upon check in, they did not have the correct rooms, so my sister had to sleep on a slab of wood above the air conditioner. When I asked if there were any roll away beds, I was given a sharp “no”. When I asked for bedding for the slab of wood, the clerk said the he could only give me a comforter, since they were out of everything else, including no pillows. We asked for the manager, and the clerk said, “Good luck, he’s only here Monday thru Friday 9-5.” He also said something along the lines of, “I have my own list of complaints for him.” When my husband called the hotel on Monday morning to speak to the manager, the manager told him I was a liar and offered zero resolutions. The room itself was not worth a quarter of the price it costed. The one full size bed was uncomfortable and sheets were itchy. There were earrings in the floor of the room that didn’t belong to us. The bathtub was dirty and I refused to use it. The toilet had waste in the bowl, like someone didn’t clean it after using it. The mini fridge was dirty. The furniture was broken. And the entire hotel had a very musty smell. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would strongly advise against staying here.
