I loved the property, the superior room was a little small compared to what I’m used to in the USA. I flew into Basel for just the weekend from NYC and the front desk clerk told me check in was at 15h, when I mentioned that I had been on a 10 hour flight and had jet lag she cheerfully made an exception to accommodate me. Also the gentleman at the bar was fantastic and so friendly. The beers were wonderful. The breakfast was also fantastic and good service there as well. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool but did speak with a family that had been there and said it’s wonderful. Location to airport is extremely convenient and they have a shuttle. High praises for this location.
