Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay! The only critique I would have would be that there was quite a bit of noise coming from other rooms, both by other guests until 2 am and by cleaning staff two hours before checkout. But the breakfast was pretty good, parking was easy, and the pool was lovely!

We like this Hampton Inn in Westfield, Ma because it is close to my son's house. Also this Hampton is always clean and the staff are helpful with our requests for more towels or any other problem we have. The room was spacious and was clean . The breakfast was enough variety to please everyone in my group.
