Tom, we are so sorry that you had a negative experience during your stay here. You are certainly entitled to your opinions, however we are daily working on updating and improving. Hopefully, we can host you again one day and give you a better experience. We have police surveillance around the clock and cameras on the property so it is very safe here. And again, thank you for your comments and your ratings. We take them all seriously.
