I showed them a debit card to check in. They assured me they would NOT charge that card until checkout. When I checked out I used CASH. However they charged my debit card for 2 rooms and overdrew my account!!!! I have several bank charges to deal with now. This needs to be fixed!!

When using a debit card, depending on your banking institution, it can take up to seven buisness days for it to credit to your account. If needed we can send a copy of your receipt showing the changes to your email. This place is horrible ever since they changed from the Holiday Inn to Red Lion. First morning we woke up in our first room to a bed bug! The manager tried to say they don’t have issues with that, but we took pictures and it was clearly a bed bug coming from behind the head of the bed. They moved rooms for us but the first room that they were going to move us to she told me had been thoroughly cleaned, we went to check it out and it hadn’t been or if it was it wasn’t done properly. Empty water bottles were left in the room, hair in the bathroom sink! The staff for the most part was wonderful except one gentleman that seemed to be more concerned with his phone, and let us stand at the front counter staring stupidly until I had to say excuse me, do you see us here? The place is run down. The outside area doesn’t get cleaned except the garbages. There was a wet towel and cigarette butts and empty beer bottles in the back that we’re there the entire week we stayed and we’re still there when we left. I could go on.....

The staff was exceptional!! Housekeeping courteous respectful exceptional! The woman that worked on my hallway name Latoya, again exceptional. Where is a weight room, and swimming pool, hot tub, restaurant in the place very comfortable lounge. Exceptionally spacious parking. The shuttle was having some type of issues for repair, so they paid for a taxi for me to and from the airport. Maybe it was my choice, but there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room.. overall zero complaints.

I was not checked in at all,& the person I sent to check us in was treated very bad. Said the front desk hadn’t received anything from Travelocity. It was such a horrible experience.
