The room was clean and comfortable. Some parts of the room exhibited a little wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again. Owner Lisa was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was comfortable. Hotel room and even the carpet were amazingly clean relative to the big chain hotels. Coffee is terrible, but available and with microwave in room.

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this motel. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the rooms we stayed in are newly remodeled and very cozy and comfortable. We had to call the front office late at night because we blew a circuit breaker. The owner came to the room right away to fix the problem. Another bonus, this motel is right around the corner from the best breakfast cafe in town!

Good and Bad

Location: Good. Good breakfast place right across street. Few blocks from downtown West Yellowstone, just couple of miles to entrance of Yellowstone National P
We weren't expecting an Embassy Suite, but were disappointed overall. First the good: owner is nice, beds very comfortable, clean sheets, micro, mini fridge, coffee maker, tv, free parking. Not so good: dirty, hairs on bath floor, water irregular hot and cold, walls very thin, room electric went off for at least 5 hours, no response to phone messages, emails, no one in office. Owner did refund part of one night.

Handy for Yellowstone

we arrived 24 hrs late due security at Vegas airport. They managed to fill out room so didn't charge us, whereas a lot of places would have. Very friendly and helpful staff. As a budget Motel would recommend.
