Checked in and went up to room to find out that I didn’t get put into the king suite I booked (and confirmed). when asking front desk person she laughed and said “you booked online didn’t you? Yah that happens all the time” it was a Queen suite that they put us in. The bathroom floor had dirty shoe prints all over floor with the cleaning rag still on bathroom counter.
