All 3 desk staff (failed to get names) were welcoming and flexible with allowing me to park before check in so I could work in the lobby. Im here for a close family member's funeral and their kindness and welcoming spirit meant a lot! When I checked in, they were informative and professional

Splurged a little but I would absolutely stay there again, PERFECT spot for a place to stay for a Pirates game and plenty of great food and sites to see in a short walk.
