Close to the metro

Pros: Close to the metro
Cons: No improvement needed
Location: Good restaurant choices nearby, metro take everywhere you want
I have no complaints this hotel is perfect for a family vacation weekend

Dissatisfied.

The night staff (front desk) we're not knowledgeable nor able to provide timely solutions for issues that consistently occurred. The two females who worked the night shift we're not attentive and seemed to more concerned with checking their phones than to offer professional customer service. Luckily, the crew who worked in the morning we're extremely capable.

Staff were friendly and responsive. It was a little further from the Metro than I thought but the hotel provides a free shuttle.

Just right for a short-term stay near DC. Don’t expect any more than a basic but solid hotel experience.

Very nice but no hear

The hotel itself is very nice, staff friendly, very clean room, good furnishings, even quiet considering the in-town location. Our only problem at all was that the heat wouldn't come on in our room. We called downstairs to the front desk 3 times and they said they were working on it, and I could tell from noise in the vents that they were. The temperature in our room was 60 degrees. However, at about 8:30 a man came in with a portable heater, extremely apologetic, and set it up. After that it was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again, the heat seemed to be some kind of blip.

Staff were helpful

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Not a big hotel but a family feel hotel. And the best Mexican restaurant next door!!! Will come again for sure.

Basic hotel, solid but overpriced

Was expecting some element of luxury given price and non-central DC location. Reception staff pleasant and room generally comfortable. Faciilties very basic however and grumpy staff and very average food in restaurant made breakfast less than enjoyable each morning. Coffee sachets in rooms at a premium it seems.
