We arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm and were less than pleased to find out that the "additional parking across the street" was actually additional paid parking down the street a block and across the street. The continental breakfast was the worst I've ever had. There literally weren't any plates on the first day and the options were laughable. We had some neighbors move in next door during our stay with a screaming baby the entire rest of our stay, we complained, but our concerns about the child and the noise were dismissed, despite the fact of being concerned as to WHY this child was screaming constantly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

I apologize for your negative experience. We are always looking for ways to improve our breakfast offerings. We also can accommodate most dietary needs (such as gluten free, vegan, nut allergies, etc.) with a little advance notice. Finally, we will typically offer to relocate a guest who complains noise from other rooms. In addition, any safety and security issues that are reported to the front desk are normally investigated and resolved quickly. I'm not sure why that didn't happen during your stay. However, I apologize for any lapses in service. I will surely share your observations with our entire staff to ensure we understand the needs of our guests. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience and hope that you will stay with us again in the near future.
