I had booked my room 2 days in advanced. Got there to check in , and the guy at the counter told me they didn’t have the room I had reserved available. So he found me another room and charged me more than I was going to pay for a better room I originally reserved.

On my stay there was hair from previous guests in my bed meaning they did not change the sheets. There was also mold in the ice bucket.

The lobby was filthy. Signs posted warning about NO PARTYING. Food was all over the carpet of the stairs. The hall was dimly lit. Room number was "Penciled" on the wall. Bed looked like it had not been changed and was poorly made up. Television had cable attached but was too poor to display a picture. I had expected a room like is pictured adjacent to this review. There was only a poor excuse for a bed and one chair, unlike the nice sitting area that I was expecting. A call was placed the cancel the reservation to the Travelocity Customer Service Center. I requested a refund and after about 45 minutes was informed that it would be up to the Hotel's Manager if I'd get a refund. I refused to stay there and went next door to the Holiday Inn Express. Questionable if I'll ever see my money again.
