This hotel is very nice and definitely conveniently located. The room was spacious and quiet, which was greatly appreciated. I'm a bit disappointed that Embassy Suites still uses Neutrogena as their product choice. I expected something a bit nicer for the cost of the stay. My hotel room has wet spots on the carpet. They must have just been cleaned, but that was a bit weird. Also, when I checked in and was asked my preferred floor, I told the employee I just wanted a quiet room away from anyone who might be partying. Her response was "Well that's weird, but okay." I have stayed at several hotels in the past where people were having birthday parties for their kids, or just meeting up with friends for a fun weekend, and the noise gets a bit old. So I didn't think my request was weird, but whatever. Would recommend this hotel for sure.

The property was fine. It was inside the property and kids running around at all hours of the night. I have never slept so poorly before. It will make me reconsider staying here again. There was no reason a staff member could not find the kids making the noise since it is a wide open space to tell them to be quite or go to their rooms.
