Property dirt, carpets smelt bad , toilet seat broke , something on bathroom door , couldn’t put clothes in drawers- dirty inside, outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Front desk man kind and helpful. Tv was great but for the money not worth it. Breakfast didn’t impress me at all!

Hello Yvonne, Thank you very much for your business and thanks for write a review. Sorry about inconvenience you had during your stay. Outlast in the bathroom is a secured GFCI. Sometimes it stripped out on overload. upon check out we found it was just stripped and turned back on by pressing switch in the center of plug.

Better than expected for a pet room. Need to pay more attention to cleaning the carpet. Even though a non-smoking room previous guests burned holes in bedspread. Towels are thread bare. Toilet not secure enough because it rocks.

It could be batter if you informed us at time of experience toilet seat was loos. It could be fix rite away in 2 minutes. Again, Thanks a lot for informing us for what needs to be done.

Printed Receipt

Cons: If the costumer wants a receipt, give them a receipt.
Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was minimal. It was what I expected for a Super 8. On checking out I asked for a printed receipt. 3 times I asked for a receipt. I was told "NO" 3 times. That I was sent an email receipt. Sorry, but I am old school and like my paper trail. It has been 11 day since my stay and I am still waiting for my email receipt.
