Everything was great with the exception of the fitness room. Two of the four pieces of equipment were not working and the pool was out of service. Everything else was excellent!

Very nice
Friendly staff. Clean facility. Our bathtub was clean but it had some surface damage issues on the bottom of it. We were kinda sad the pool and hot tub was closed due to a pipe busting when that was the main reason my son wanted to choose the hotel for his birthday. We were still happy with our stay and the continental breakfast was very good! They had a buffet style with biscuits and gravy, Waffles you make with the waffle maker, Oatmeal, muffins and cereal to choose from. Also coffee and juices.

Needs better management
We had issues with our room getting cleaned after our first night’s stay. We had to call to get maid service and when the maid showed up, she only cleaned the bathroom and emptied trash, but did not vacuum the room or change bed linens or make the bed. We expected more from our experiences we had at other La Quinta Inns. Very disappointed. We also had a room refrigerator that acted more like a freezer and froze some fresh fruits and veggies we had with us which spoiled them. The bathroom tub bottom was chipped in several places and looked like there was no concern for negligent maintenance. It could have easily been repaired with little expense.

Our toilet ran and we had to keep jiggling the handle. The faucet leaked at the bathroom sink. The staff was friendly. Just seemed to be in need of repairs.
