Room was clean, comfortable but having to go down to stand in line at the reservation desk for towels or toiletries each day of our stay was extremely inconvenient. No place to place dirty towels or garbage during our stay. None of this was explained at check in or offered any services, had to call to find this out. We were there for 3 days, 2 rooms. Staff was friendly.

Room was small and bathroom even smaller. The stopper in the bathtub was broken. We were given a room that I did not request. Travelocity sent in the wrong room request and no efforts were put in to fix the problem

Smoke permeated upstairs hallways. Room was tiny but quiet. Smoke alarm went off while i was in the shower shower. My husband called the desk to check on the fire emergency and was told not to worry steam in the bathroom set it iff. They sent a man to turn the alarm off. No apology or offer to negotiate at checkout. Not a good experience.

I loved my room. It had a balcony, which let in a lot of light & a cool fresh breeze. I like that the room had it's own a/c unit that i could control because the overall temp in the place was HOT! My room was very clean, equipped with many amenities & a comfortable king size bed. The tv came with HBO & Cinemax, which was nice. My room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron w/ironing board (full size), hair dryer, and decent toiletries. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, especially housekeeping. They also have an attached casino, which was lots of fun! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
