Room was a little small but perfect for me. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean and cozy. If you need a great room for the money this is a very good option. I’ll stay here in the future for sure.

The folks at the front desk were pleasant, parking was easy, and the room was very nice. The best mini fridge I've had anywhere! It was quiet, had TWO chairs and TWO bedside tables for our single queen! The decorations were very thoughtful and I really appreciate that the bed and bath linens were not drenched in perfumy stuff. Thank you!

Horrible! Dirty, expensive, rude staff. Toilet plunger in bathroom with toilet paper stuck on it as well as on the floor. Gross carpet. Dirty walls and baseboards. Disgusting. Lady in office was not very welcoming.

There was confusion over the reservation and Price. Owner did not have the reser v ation. Questionded the I price. Made me bring up on my phone. Looked as if i was trying to pull something. Dust and old trash in room on floor. Looked like poop stain on comforter. Dead batteries dead on tv remout, poor tv reception picture quality. Homeless camp at end of parking lot. No insulation in Hotel can hear very loud footsteps upstairs.

We were very pleased about our stay at Motel West. My only disappointment is I had to have a receipt to turn in and they would not give me one. I don't know how to get it off the internet other than my bank. So wish they would give receipts if asked.
