The staff were great. Easy to deal with. Only downfall is the bathrooms are so old there is a step to enter the shower. Definitely not suitable for elderly or people with a disability. When we suggested a room change due to my elderly MIL unable to shower they put the blame on us suggesting we should have asked for a different shower as if the standard customer would expect this type of super old shower still existed. The place definitely needs updating as most of the cabins are old and are falling apart but aside from that it was good.

Property is run down and is in need of a total rehab throughout the villas. Stove is dangerous - burners would flicker & not come on & those that came on were delayed in shutoff, would not dare to try & use the oven. Villas were not very clean, pans are old with loose handles. First morning we woke up to a cockroach climbing down the wall, so we bought cockroach bait & found a dead one the next morning. Villas are not serviced unless you are there for more than a week, which we were, but our villa was not serviced on the date we were told it would be, had to go to the office to find out when it would be (2 days later). Staff were friendly, but the “resort” needs a complete rehab.

the resort had good location water views close to everything...the unit we stayed at was clean and tidy.bathroom was tiny and veryold but functioning beds were smaller than other places ive been to.all in all not abad place to sleep few nights

You get what you pay for, and in this case, you're paying for fairly economical, no-frills family accommodation. I was in a Queenslander, and it was showing it's age. However, aside from a dodgy bathroom tap, it was perfectly serviceable for a family of 4. I would point out that the aircon works well in the main room, but on a hot day, the bedrooms (especially the bunk room) remain hot.
