A new, easy access and convenient location in Bellevue. I requested a quiet room and was given a room facing the inner courtyard. I recommend this hotel for its staff, housekeeping, and general ambiance.

We were there to stay for our anniversary and have a fun filled, relaxing time. We had gone to a professional baseall game and got back to the hotel very late. We're night workers to begin with and have a later schedule than most. We called numerous time to speak with the front desk and when we finally got through it was about 2am. We requested a late check, only to be told we'd have to wake up at 8am to inquire then and if they couldn't do it for us, we were " EXPECTED to be out by 11am". That is horrible customer service from the night auditor on shift! We felt very unwelcome and decided we'd rather leave to drive home an hour and a half, rather than have an unrelaxing and unwelcomed time. We will not be back to this establishment, ever. Her word choice and hostility greatly affect your patrons, she needs to be talked to about that issue. I would not recommend this hotel and felt it was a complete waste of money.

Zuri was awesome. Great communication and customer service skills. We are local, staying the night for a company event, but would highly recommend this facility to anyone visiting the area

We enjoyed are stay however when we arrived at the room it was not the room we booked. Our confirmation stated a room with a King size bed and pull out sofa which we required because we had 3 guests sharing a room. We were initially given a room with only a King bed in it and we had to go back down to the lobby to get assigned the room we confirmed.
