The room had a musty smell sort of like cooking or lived in smell not vented. the bathtub/shower would not drain. everything looked old and made me not want to touch anything. the common areas had breakfast service appliances and features, but at 7am next morning, there was nothing served. Sheets appeared/felt clean. I won't be staying here ever again

Not much to say that I liked about being here. The room was dirty. There were stains on the sheets. The air conditioner looked liked it was handled with a baseball bat and hardly blew cool air. It was dusty and dirty with a broken lamp leaning in the corner. Not what I expected.

It was awful. I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow. Arrived at the hotel at 9pm after a 2.5 hour drive and a 2 hour baseball tournament that was in the area. There was NO ONE to check us in. Finally at 10:15 pm there was someone there. I asked for a discount then because we had to wait to check in and i had a very tired, dirty child with me that needed to get showered and rest before more baseball early in the morning. He was not kind at all and definitely not apologetic about it. He said i could be refunded and go stay somrwhere else, at 10:15 pm. 2.5 hours from home, and all other local hotels already booked full because of a large ball tournament for the weekend. We got into the hotel room.. it was disgusting, hot and wreaked of smoke. One of the beds was NOT MADE. I talked to the front desk again and asked for another room, was told there were no other rooms. There were stains all over the side of the bed as well. Absolutely disgusting. It smelled so bad that the next morning we took all of our clothes back out to the car so they wouldnt smell of smoke. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 because it was so late and needed sleep. Got no refund for the second night and had to go elsewhere. We went down for continental breakfast and thwre was only dry cereal and waffles. No milk, orange juice, bread for toast... nothing. It was advertised as hot breakfast! What a joke and absolutely disgusting. Terrible service and a huge waste of money.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

The staff unfriendly and no service at all, the rooms need to renovate, bad smell inside property and everything is terrible! I regret for choosing this hotel ! i will never recommend to anyone that i know!

Rooms were well insulated from noise and were clean. Ordered a room with a king size bead and got a room with a queen and a sofa bed. Also, parking was inadequate. People were parking in tow-away zones.
