I have spent 5 months at this hotel for work and might be ok for a quick overnight but not long term. The stairwells and halls stay dirty, one of the 3 washing machines was broken for 4 months. I asked them not to clean my room, I would do it myself because they do not do a good job, they threw things out that were not trash, and I had lottery tickets go missing. Unfortunately, it is the only extended stay within a half hour of my job..

The day of our reservation the hotel calls in the afternoon to tell us they've only got 1 queen bed when we had booked 2 queens. How are we supposed to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids on 1 queen? Don't trust them to keep your reservation
