The room was very clean, but we were missing our fridge, the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work and the coffee service wasn’t stocked. Also, we were not aware that no breakfast was offered on the weekends. The general manager took care of everything he could and discounted the room, he was actually quite wonderful. Wonderful staff and hotel, I think they are probably simply short staffed.

This was an extremely frustrating stay. Much less than I would expect from a Hilton hotel and especially considering the cost of the room! Check in time was 3. At 3:30 we were told that our room would not be ready for 1-1 1/2 hours. We finally got into our room at approx 6. Then we discovered we had no shower curtain! We were planning to meet family for dinner. This delay significantly impacted the amount of time we had to spend with family we had not seen in 4 years! I will never stay in this hotel again!

The hotel was very nice. Friendly service and fast check in. The room was spacious and the view was wonderful. The bathroom was a little small but had amazing lighting. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The hot tub felt wonderful and the jets were very strong. The pool was very cold though it was the only downfall. Would recommend! We enjoyed our stay very much.
