Beds terrible and they have nothing to help them

Pros: Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, Chuck was particularly helpful.
Cons: Beds, options for beds, furniture ie easy chair to read in etc, better lighting unit very dark even after having the bulbs changed photo was daytime.
Location: fine.
The beds for me were terrible and worst of all they have nothing to help that situation. I need support but soft comfort cushion on top. They had NO options like a different room, mattress toppers, sufficient additional padding etc. obviously soiled mattress pad. Also had NO comfortable chair to read in. VERY EXPENSIVE 360.00 FOR ONE PERSON AND 2 NIGHT STAY.

romantic getaway

Pros: rooms and amenities nice.
Location: halfway between Two Hrbors and Lutsen area
This a a very nice resort on the North Shore hwy 61 north of Duluth. Rooms and other facilities very nice.

Ok, but there are better choices.

In the summer there are flies in the dining room. The A/C in the room is quiet and barely kept it cool enough. The floors are just like at home...you can hear kids running and adults walking above you. Employees think it is acceptible to hold a conversation with a guest that they know across the dining room. Very unprofessional to be talking that loud over everyone in between across the room.

Lovely North Shore getaway

Very nice and cozy accommodations for a weekend getaway. Though I believe the resort was full during our stay, it was very quiet and peaceful, which is very important to us. The views from the restaurant are wonderful, and we enjoyed the nature walk to the end of the point!

Great Location

Pros: Everything outdoors.
Cons: Better place to put clothes. Better eggs.
The view out of the room was second to none. We loved sleeping to sounds of waves. I wish their was a better place to put clothes. We also loved the "fish house". It was a great place to have s'mores by they bonfire and sit watching the cove. We also loved hiking around the point. The pool was relaxing. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the eggs from breakfast. We didn't feel good after eating them two days in a row. Other than that, great.
