We killed a large roach within two minutes of being in the room. Someone had to use the toilet, and did not flush it. The floors were dirty and had cigarette burns in the carpet. The fire detector/smoke detector was ripped off the wall. The TV did not work. The hairdryer plug was busted open and wires sticking out. There were fentanyl test strips in the drawer next to the bed. Floor lamps were broken and leaning against the wall. Furniture was old and dirty, and had rips. The person at the front desk questioned why we needed a toilet plunger… The toilet was clogged and would not flush. Unfortunately we had to stay the night at this property because there was nothing available because it was a football game weekend. We paid $347 for this property for one night, and this should have been a property that was rented hourly. They advertised a two minute walk to the college and it was more of a 10 minute drive to the college. They advertised a restaurant and a bar and none of this was available. Completely disgusting and would not recommend anyone stay here.

Rude when asked for a refund, yet when we checked in we were not told there was no hot water. It was late we already had unloaded our luggage so we stayed the night. Next night same issue we left. After some discussion, we got a refund for that night but I want one for the first night. Our room also had a leak and the carpet was wet so we had to wear shoes at all times and we had a 2 year old with us.

On arrival to hotel I am greeted by the front desk attendant, we will call him Mr G. He looks me up and I have a reservation for a single king room which I reserved and paid for in advance on Tuesday..today is Friday. He then proceeds to tell me that the room I booked and paid for on Tuesday was sold by their establishment on Thursday and per his boss now my option is to take a double bed bedroom or pay more for a "suite" which now is the only king beds that they have available. I then ask him how if I reserved and purchased this single king room on Tuesday how was it sold by the establishment on Thursday.? It was not available! Mr E shrugged his shoulder at me and says again that "per his boss" my only options were to accept the down graded room or pay more for the king suite.....bait and switch is what I'm feeling. I cannot get my money back now since it is the day of booking so I have been screwed. There is a TV in this room which doesn't work. The remote nor pressing the on/off button on the TV turn it on. In the bedroom there is a smaller TV which the remote doesn't turn on either. I did find controls on the back side of this TV which turn it on. Then using the remote I'm only able to change the channels. This was my first time at this hotel and I will not ever be back. My main issue is that they admittedly sold the room I prepuchased...if this was so then I should have been given the "upgraded" room at their expense not mine. I will be reporting this incident

Filthy carpet, dirty chair, ceiling in bathroom very low and falling in, old towels, water damage, shower drain fully clogged, pealing paint, bugs. Bring your own sheets and towels.

We liked nothing about the property ! Absolutely Filthy , the staff that checked us in were unkempt . The room was filthy , the sheets had holes in them not sure if it was cigarette burns or where bed bug had ate holes. After 2 rooms being exactly alike when we ask to be moved , we ask for our money back and went to another hotel . Still trying to get our money back . Please do not rent here !

It should be criminal for a MOTEL like this to be able to charge the amount we paid. I assumed by the nightly rate and some of the obviously very outdated pictures that this might be a decent hotel, I was incorrect. The only way I'd ever stay at this Motel again is if there were no camp grounds available or there was a natural disaster and this was the only room for 1,000 miles. Water temps fluctuated from ice cold to scalding. Ice maker inop, double beds left much to be desired. Only pluses were AC, linens and towels appeared clean.

Stayed because it was the closest to the stadium, checking was great she even price matched a cheaper rate BUT the room was so hot I was sweating trying to get ready for the game so we called to get some assistance for the air. Came back around 1130 and no one had worked on the air and was told buy the front desk worker that they called matienance but he was nowhere to be found and was probably out partying. We had to sleep without covers because they were “sold out” and had nowhere to move us. They offered to refund half the price of our room when checking out!
