Much of what we noticed was hallway wall papper was falling off, all doors needed painting. The rooms were out dated. Not really worth the cost of the room. Shower was great, bed was soft and pillows were too hard. TV worked great.

This property was everything they said online the atmosphere was great, hotel was super clean and the koi fish in the lobby was from a movie. You get to feed them any time before 5pm.

The bathrooms can use a renovation, outdated and the front desk we’re a little stand offish rude and obnoxious. Can work a little better towards a little more effort into the customer service skills.

The entire stay was wonderful! The staff was top notch and made us feel so welcome and special. Hard to find this anymore. Thank you Hyatt for taking such great care of us.
