This hotel is scheduled to be demolished in April 2020 and a Marriot will be rebuilt in its place-Thank GOD!!! The hotel is rundown & nasty...nothing like it looked like in the pics. I am usually a good judge of hotels by pics but they totally got me on this one! Most of the front desk staff were very rude. Maybe due to the fact that they will be losing their jobs soon or all the complaints they get, but I don't care, if you are still working there it is your job to satisfy the customers, not the other way around. They only good thing about this place was the restaurant, Atlantic Jacks....great food at good prices and the staff in the restaurant were WONDERFUL, especially Cynthia & Monika...wonderful, kind people. I wish them the best when this disaster is torn down. Please, pay a little more and stay somewhere else--I promise you won't regret it...but do stop by the restaurant!

Badly in need of an upgrade. Room furniture is dilapidated and outdated. Rooms need new carpets. Bathroom in URGENT need of upgrade. Room needs a new coat of paint. Sliding glass door to balcony needs updating. The dust on the lamps was appalling. Just thoroughly disappointed. Real potential for a nice hotel. Charge the spring breakers a $1000 deposit per person. Use it to upgrade hotel.

The hotel was not in good shape. There was a strange 4" long "thing" on the wall, glue? Behind the bed was dirty and someone else's sock there. Uncomfortable bed and blanket. Painted bathroom tiles with the paint peeling off. Stains, cracks, a hole in the wall that was patched and then painted with a totally different color paint than the rest of the wall. The windowsill was broken. The hotel soap was more like a block of smelly wax, no hair conditioner just two bottles of shampoo and lotion. The draft beer was flat but the bar tender did give us bottled beer to replace it. The continental breakfast was ok but the fruit was hard and not ripe. The elevator didn't work that well, I think there was something wrong with the buttons, it took forever for it to work. It seemed to be a party place and nothing close to relaxing and comfortable.

the hotel needs a complete overhaul, painted shower walls and peeling, rusty bathtub, elevator needed fixing. not happy at all take it off the internet. the only good thing was the view

The Front Desk clerks were very polite and helpful. 1st room we were given was filthy; carpets so dirty that walking across them left your socks stained or bare feet sticky. 2nd room was covered in sea shell fragments (that were vacuumed after reported), the bed covering was stained (replaced after reported), electrical duct pulled from wall, safe wouldn't operate until batteries (2+ years old) were replaced, plaster was falling from balcony supports and exposed. $17/day resort fees for continental breakfast (old pasty, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, coffee), 2nd drink free at under stocked bar, thin towels for beach.

The ocean view and accessibility to the beach was great the elevators work very slow or not at all the parking was terrible the rooms as well as the furniture is outed and dirty but the housekeeper was great

The view from the room was spectacular! There was a clear view to the beach from the room we were given, BUT...there wa pigeon poop everywhere on the balcony. The chairs that were on the balcony were plastic and terribly ruined. One of the chairs was broken because they are plastic.
