We checked in and a younger guy helped us. He talked so fast and was had to understand. He told us the room would be in the north lobby right down the hall. There were young kids everywhere running around crazy screaming jumping on the walls and climbing in every thing . People walking about the hotel and restaurants with no shoes in and that gross One elevator working the whole time we are there House keeps were extreme rude

We wish we had more nights here! The hotel was fantastic! Right on the beach, closed to so many things! We’re already talking about coming back next year! We loved how it was affordable for a family and not outrageous, but also sooo nice!

I thought I reserved an ocean view room, the price for that time frame was way over inflated, the room ended up being city view, but all we got to see was a bunch of garbage bags on the roof out of our window, I paid $471 for that

The property was nice HOWEVER, it would have been nice to know what the parking charges would be. I looked at the Travelocity site and did not see that listed.

We liked the check-in process and valet service but 3 of the 4 elevators weren’t working and the cleaning staff couldn’t speak or understand English. The floor we were on had a great ocean view in our room but the A/C was being worked on, in which ductwork was routed into the hallway, that we had to duck under to get to our room. The plus side was we did have working A/C in our room. The hotel has a lot of pluses but those elevators are enough to ruin a trip.

My room isn't the cleanest. We won't be staying here again. The furnishings are worse than a thrift shop. Mirrors peeling, dirty rusty shower. A literal dirt ring in the shower. Old dingy dirty lights. If we weren't so tired I'd check out.

The only positive was that the staff were extremely police and professional. Rooms were ridiculously outdated. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. The King bed room I booked was "unavailable" during check-in and I ended up with two twin sized beds. Housekeeping did not clean the room between nights. It was very disappointing for over $250 per night. Overall it felt like staying at a Motel 6 next to the beach. If you can, go somewhere else.
