Our toiet did not flush and the manager left a plunger at the door for us to use. We left and at least they refunded our money. The office was in Rm 115 instead of at the front. The Hotel is not ready for business.

The facility was very clean and I appreciated that. Check out time was 10 and I thought that was early but we managed. They had a promotion where if you do not require housekeeping you will be refunded $100. They gave me card. When I went to check out, they said I needed to be there prior to check to receive I, but that was not stated by the initial attendant or on the card. They finally refunded the money but the exchange was not pleasant.
