in our room, the washroom was smaller than i expected. door nudged the toilet (all rooms may not be the same layout?) There are steps just inside the main entrance, so if you have lots of luggage and have to use a luggage cart, you'll have to access the site via the restaurant entrance (which appears to be closed for good?) The staff was very friendly, and the place was clean, so that trumps the fact i had to come in a restaurant entrance that's not open for business, and i don't require a lot of space in a washroom. also being only minutes away from several other great restaurants and great stores, it was a good comfortable stay. great parking and i felt pretty safe and secure there.

We stayed for 3 nights on arrive in NL and a quite large room so we were able to sort out our stuff and catch up after our flight and before getting on with the rest of our trip.

It was a quiet stay to do some shopping.The room was clean and cosy.The entrance on the side to the hotel is where people smoke,not good having to walk thru the smell when entering.

Most of our rooms have bathtubs, with the exception of our upgraded Business Suites which have the glass rainfall showers, so if you let us know you want a bathtub on your next visit we can definitely make that happen for you.
