Do NOT stay here! We booked this hotel based on reviews, which I’m pretty sure all of the high ones are fake. From a very late check in because our room was not ready, to paying for a stunning ocean view & not getting close to that to name a few, I was promised a compensation/refund for our room/experience but was told at checkout “sorry you booked through Travelocity & we can not refund you”. Ridiculous!! I’m so livid and it ruined the one vacation that I take with my kids a year.

King suite is actually just a room with a half wall, and no desk or table and chair. Staff was impersonal and the place was generally uncomfortable for a traveling family. No hot tub. We went next door to the Marriott to eat and should have stayed there.
