Staff was ok. Entire property smells like mold and feels dirty. Towels smelled too. Would not stay here again. Not sure how they have a 4 railing.

The location of this property was great. It allowed us to easily walk around Frankenmuth. Our room was clean and met our needs. The first floor of the property smelled of weed for several hours on check in day. We had questions about the in room refrigerator that the staff was unable to answer. That was a little unsettling. Also time change was over a month ago and yet the room clock was not changed.

Great location. We walked everywhere. Out of bodywash and didnt bring it with in a hour. Pool had so much chlorine in it my kids got chemical burns/rashes.

The check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. There were plenty of comfy pillows on each bed and the bed was not too firm. The breakfast in the morning was also good with a variety of foods.

all was well except there were no hand sanitizers anywhere in common areas. The one by the eating area was empty and there was no other set out anywhere.
