When I arrived, they said, "Sorry, we don't have a room for you!! " Failing to honor a confirmed reservation is a BIG no-no. Never again will I reserve this hotel. Never!

The first room deadbolt didn't work. The staff kindly changed our room however, no refrigerator was in the room as advertised. We decided to extend our stay and as agreed upon the staff removed our belonging to another room. Upon our return, we soon realized the deadbolt did not work on our new room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Furthermore, upon entering the property there were signs stating the hotel was under construction. I would definitely book again.
