A nice beach but the property is a little rundown because of the lease agreement management has with the owner of the land apparently. Beautiful landscaping but all the towels and beach amenities are old and worn out. Location is amazing. Great for a family vacation but I wouldn’t use it for a romantic adventure. Resturaunt is shut down so plan on cooking your own meals or eating somewhere else.

We had so much space: living, dining, kitchen ,bedroom on a beautiful peaceful property.....only drawback was we did not have maid service as I suppose our package didn’t include it...but it was fine. Highly recommend!

My husband and I loved our stay here! Stayed 10/11/19-10/19/19 after adding on an additional day upon arrival with no issue. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Previous comments I read was that the property was outdated, but we were completely comfortable and felt the furnishings provided a beachy feel, so we did not mind the décor. Though we had sufficient ventilation, the property is NOT air conditioned, but our unit had a couple small fans that we utilized. Having a full kitchen and dining space was so much better than staying in a hotel. We did not visit the fitness center/pool across the street as it was just not convenient for us. However the beach was easily accessible and beautiful. We had family staying at the property next door which was very convenient to walk to from this property. We were in bldg 8, unit 43. We would recommend this property and book again.

This is our favorite lodging on the island - we have stayed here yearly for the past 10 years. It has a primo beach and adjacent grassy area. The grounds are impeccable. Every unit we have stayed in has been clean and decorated beautifully. The staff are courteous and helpful. We purposely looked for a place with a kitchen so we could do our own cooking since I have food allergies. Every kitchen has been well stocked with everything we need. Others have complained about the lack of AC in the units, but honestly between all of the screened windows, ceiling fans, and constant breeze - we have never been too hot (and we are from Seattle). We will be back!

Beautiful!

Pros: The grass, the trees, the flowers, the beach, the birds and even the cats. We liked everything.
We were thrilled with our stay. Our place was wonderful and the grounds are a beautiful garden and very well kept. The beach was only a minute away from our room. The breeze that swept through our room was wonderful and there was no need for A/C. There were a couple of days we just stayed there all day because it was so peacfull and relaxing. The concierge helped us get tickets we were unable to get on our own and recommended the Alberton-McBride Gardens sunset dinner which turned out to be our favorite activity. We want to stay here again next year. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious.
Cons: There should be a designated smoking area because the windows do not properly seal and allow for fresh, clean air when someone is smoking outside.
Location: Great location near many things like Poipu Beach Park and Poipu Shopping Village.
It was great! The room had exactly what we needed and was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was great for cooking our own meals, the view was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable.
