This hotel is average, certainly not 5 stars. The rooms are quite large, but the carpet is old and dirty, the bathroom was not prticlualry clean, and the facilities are subpar (pool is tiny and freezing with no place to sit and they have the cabanas shown online set up for restaurant service, which is great if you want four business men to watch you swim during their lunch; the gym is very small and minimal for a hotel of this size; the other potential facilities are unavailable because of weddings). The service is also below what you'd expect for 5 stars as well. They won't even ask you if you'd like a drink at the pool and you have to chase down a waiter if you want anything. Overall the hotel is more equivalent to courtyard Marriott than the 5 star hotels you'd imagine (e.g., St Regis, Four Seasons, etc.).
