The home has plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The deck is very private and has mature greenery surrounding the home. Easy parking for up to 2 cars. The Peppercorn is centrally located in Beech & is a quick drive to all the attractions that the High Country has to offer. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bath has an attached private bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill.

Our check-in window is from 4pm to 9pm, and we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate check-ins outside of these hours.

We understand that our cleaning fees may seem high, unfortunately, they reflect the costs associated with providing our services in a rural area. We believe in being transparent about this matter because we acknowledge that the fees are on the higher side. However, we assure you that your stay will be clean and comfortable. We value our cleaners' loyalty and believe in compensating them fairly, as they play a crucial role in the success of our business.
