I stayed there about 2 years ago, it was perfect then. 2 years later, it has gone downhill. The Staff although helpful seemed stressed and impatient. The hotel rooms itself were disappointing, dark lighting, not possible to put on make up. Overall disappointed. Although its a good location, the Management should not take advantage of this, and let their standards drop, which it did drastically. I'm familiar with Novotel worldwide and this is not Novotel standard (overall).
