All the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful but the room and the entire floor we were on smelled like cat pee. Also one of the mornings we were there had no breakfast. I wish they would have put more blankets on the beds all they really had was 2 thin sheets.

nice hotel naesr airport

Pros: close to airport
We came in late at night. Tired. Got our room. Outside the window was a bright parking lot light. We closed the sheer curtin but the main curtin had no way to be closed. It was made to stay open. The light disrupted our sleep all night.

Wouldn't stay again.

Well, the first room had dead stink bugs so I asked for another room. It was better, but the staff did not clean my room...horrible. Can I rate this in the negative (-10)?

Money stolen from military person room

Checked in to this hotel at night and stayed in the room alone. Left belongings in room to grab a quick breakfast only (10 mins max) to realize that while at breakfast I was robbed for several hundred dollars out of my purse which was in my bookbag. Reported the theft to management with no resolve. Filed a police report and have been waiting for the hotel to conduct a key investigation on my door for several weeks. The detective felt the GM was not being cooperative and found out the neighbor hotel Comfort Suites GM had seniority. He informed me that filing a report with the hotel's insurance was a waste because I didn't give the belongings directly to a employee to hold for me. Reported the incident to corporate with no avail either. Would not recommend this hotel to other military members in transit.

Nice hotel, bad location

Pros: I liked the breakfast and the room was ok
Cons: Parking
Location: The location isn't the best. Its about a ten minute drive to the Inner Harbor.
I checked into this hotel with a friend and two teenagers for the One Direction concert. The hotel itself is ok, we were just there for one night and had plans to see touristy sights. The room is decent, the shower is ok, beds comfortable. The nightmare began when we checked out of the hotel and the management decided to hold my $50 pre-authorization charge for more than 10 days. Still fighting with them to return it. I would not recommend this place to anyone traveling. The parking lot is kinda sketchy but the free breakfast is nice.

Horrible experience

Paid $180 for the night but I've stayed at $80 hotels that were better. 1st the check in woman had the personality of a fly and was rude. Took calls while checking us in without any acknowledgement of us to excuse her for a second. She didn't even tell us the room number had to see it on the back of the key card sleeve and didn't tell us where to park. 1st impression of the room was good until we actually started looking around. There was blood on the light switch but luckily the cleaning person was right outside. There was mildew in the tub around the jets. The shower faucet was badly stained and only half the water came out of the shower head. The bathroom was so hot that the floors felt like they were heated. We were left a shampoo sample that was used and an empty box of tissues. The furniture was badly damaged. We also found a floss stick in the tub and a pretzel on the floor and it wasn't from us. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
