- Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It is a historic site and building. Since 1770s it is there and has a rich history to it. I liked the behavior of the staff and the amenities available including free parking and breakfast prepared as ordered. Beds were comfy. I can't complain about anything for a place this old. You have to have a taste to sense the rich history associated with it. Good place to stay with family. Unlike bigger hotels this is a 3 floor building and a small courtyard. Rooms are levish with old but expensive furniture. I liked it. If you want a view of city and inner harbor, this is probably not the best place. If you want to enjoy your stay. I'll recommend it. Also it is right next to Little Italy. Pastry shop was amazing. It is near to Aquarium and the harbor (~0.5 mile).
