Location is the worst...

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, dogs barking
I booked this for the value... We planned to rarely be in the room. So, location wasn't important to begin with for us... But, when we arrived, I realized this location was purely awful. It Is off the main road about a 10-15 minute walk, there are no sidewalks, and stray dogs everywhere. The area that surrounds this hotel is less than eye appealing. Breakfast was fine. Bed was comfortable. Seats in the room were stained. Towels are very discolored. If you don't want to look outside your hotel AT ALL than this place might work for you.

Hotel was fine, neighborhood not so much

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: bad location
The hotel was as I expected and the service from the staff better than expected. Inside the hotel room it was very quiet which was a nice benefit as the neighborhood is very noisy. For the money this is an excellent choice if that's all that's important to you. The location is not great. Kuta is a laughable intro to Bali and not indicative of the rest of the country. If you're interested in a loud, chaotic, and seamy side of Bali, Kuta is the place to stay. If you're looking for peace and beauty this Kuta is not the place.

Renovations + Closures

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
