It was really nice to have a big room with a queen bed. The desk and bed could have been better arranged, I'd have liked to have had the chair a bit further back but it ran into the bed. The windows do not open, and probably need to be replaced. There looked to be some mold on the edges and they had condensation on the inside almost all of the time regardless of whether the in-room humidifier was used. I ended up having it on all the time I was in the room though and that helped a lot getting rid of the stuffy feeling that opening a window would have also reduced. Only one washer dryer on-premise for the whole building, but they were available when I needed them. The dryer can be skipped as it doesn't really dry very well, as usual for Japan outside of the laundromats. There's a dry cleaning service available that did a really good job with my coat. The Roppongi area is a bit seedy especially at night, lots of clubs and bars for those who enjoy them. More likely to have people on the street solicit you. But it's safe and the subway is right there to get anywhere else.
