AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION:
On EagleVail golf course (2nd Fairway) in a picturesque setting, our vacation home is ideally located between two world-class ski resorts: 2.4 miles east of Beaver Creek, 8 miles west of Vail. It has been a top choice for family and group ski and summer vacations. We have had many loyal and repeat renters.
Besides being a top ski destination, EagleVail is also a highly sought-after vacation destination for all seasons. White-water rafting, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking rails, camping, horse-back riding are all within a short drive. Summertime is known for art fairs, outdoor concerts, movies under the stars, farmers market, etc. Please check out Vail, Beaver Creek, EagleVail, MinTurn websites for current events and activities. Eagle Vail also is known for its pickle ball and tennis facilities in the summer. Paddle boarding on Lake Nottingham, a summer favorite, is a very short drive away.
EagleVail is a quaint residential community with tree-lined streets, parks, tennis courts, golf course, and a heated community pool. As close as it is to world-class dining, skiing, and apres-ski entertainment, the neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet: important for anyone who enjoys a good night sleep.
Downtown Avon, about 2.4 miles away, has Starbucks, gourmet deli's, bakeries, grocery stores, many award winning restaurants and a shopping plaza. There is abundance of world class dining in Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, or, in 20 minutes, Edwards. Our best memories, by far, are eating on our own back patio. The view and the setting make it an unbeatable choice.
THE VACATION HOME:
With 2,200+ sq ft of living space, 2-car attached garage, the house has well-appointed 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and brand new flooring throughout 1st and 2nd floors. South-facing, the house is flooded with sun and have great view of golf course and mountain from most rooms. Completely expanded and renovated during 2023, the home is perfectly updated to provide ultimate comfort and luxury.
All four bedrooms are on 2nd floor, have high vaulted ceilings, large windows with beautiful views!!! Master suite has king size bed, golf and mountain view, en-suite luxury bathroom, and closets. Kids' bedroom has bright window, twin/full bunk beds (sleeps 3), and a bonus loft access via spiral staircase, with two single beds. The kids room is very fun and can accommodate up to five kids/teens. The guest bedroom has one queen and one twin beds, north facing window, and a direct access to the bathroom, perfectly suited as a 2nd master suite. The newly added family room can be used also as an office/sitting area, with large windows on two sides. The entire house has custom woodwork throughout, tasteful and quality furnishings.
Our property has beds for up to 12 persons. However, we limit renters to total of 8 persons to ensure everyone's comfort and enjoyment. New 2023 flat screen TV in every bedroom.

New Family room/4th bedroom/home office - sectional sofa bed (queen), desk and chair
South-facing kitchen overlooks the golf course and the mountain. Completely renovated, the kitchen features Dacor appliances, new countertop and flooring, and top of the line finishes. Kitchen is well stocked for your daily cooking and holiday entertainment. Coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, etc are provided.
Living room has brand new windows and great lighting, WiFi throughout, and a large flat screen TV. Very comfortable sofa area.
There is a gas grill and a private hot tub on the new patio. Hot tub can fit 6 person, and is brand new 2019. Washer and Dryer, 8-pair boot dryer, ski and snow board racking right outside dining room in the newly finished garage.
PARKING, TRANSPORTATION:
There is an attached two car garage with brand-new flooring and furnishing, including bench to remove ski boots, a new boot drying system, and ski/snowboard rack. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, also on our private drive way.
Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak are the same Vail Exit, about 8 miles or 15 min drive east from the house. There are parking garages at these locations. Beaver Creek is about 2.5 miles drive to the west. You can drive to Beaver Creek Elk Lot, or Bear Lot, and take a free shuttle to Beaver Creek base. Or you can drive directly to Beaver Creek base and park in the garage.
If you choose not to drive your own car, Eagle Vail is a nice residential community served by Eagle County Transit (ECO Transit) to Beaver Creek and Vail, the route is called Highway 6 Route. Even though you can see the bus stop from our 2nd floor guest bedroom window, one has to walk around the block and is not easy for young children or anyone has trouble walking far, especially in the snow. The bus runs every 20 min, it takes about 20 min Eastbound to Vail, lionshead. From there, you will walk to ski schools and gondola/lifts. If you ski Beaver Creek, you will take the bus westbound about 10 min to Beaver Creek Elk Lot or Bear Lot. From either lot, there is free shuttle to Beaver Creek base.
