Housekeeping told me they don’t change towels everyday she saw the look in my face and gave me fresh towels. The parking light is very dark. Everything else was good.

Not happy. My reservation was for a room for quien size bed and a sofa bed. I asked for upgrade to a king size bed. The assistant told me that she found one to upgrade me. When I went to the room it was not an upgrade and instead she had downgraded me to a room with one queen bed only without a sofa bed as originally paid for. I went back to the reception desk and asked why I was given a room with one queen size only and no sofa bed as in my contract and she said that they did not have that. I was not happy. In my review of the hotel, I explained that and they said that this incident was reported to Expedia but nothing was done about it. I won’t go back to this hotel any more. Not a very professional treatment.
