This is a pleasant property with friendly staff. After staying in two previous locations near downtown, the peace and quiet here was refreshing. Only two negatives we have are that our room was too small and ice was not available on this property. A couple with more than two suitcases will be hard pressed here.

Was absolutely perfect!

Pros: Absolutely everything.
Cons: The Wi-Fi could be a little better upstairs but being able to put my phone and laptop away was kind of the point.
Location: The location is safe, they give you a key to the outside door to get into the courtyard. Shopping, hotels, and the beach are very close.
My wife and I traveled to Cancun a few days before my work was having our dealer trip at the moon palace. She found this place and liked it but I have to admit I was a little skeptical given the fact that there are many, many hotels to choose from. I couldn't have been happier with this decision. The owners are a very nice couple that are very attentive and caring. Ana is very knowledgeable (and very beautiful) about the area and any activities you may want to do, and James goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. The Villa is beautiful and CLEAN. The breakfast is amazing! They bring you coffee and fresh fruit that is delicious along with fresh French bread and cheeses and there are some great options to choose from on their menu. I recommend the breakfast burritos and the crepes! Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel zone and beach is 5-10 minute walk and the bus system is very cheap (10 pesos) and easy to use. I highly recommend staying here. We stayed here because of these reviews and they were spot on. Hope this helps!

Very nice place to stay.

Pros: Very quiet and peaceful.
Location: Location is close to bus service and shopping stores.
Very nice owners of place. Make a delicious breakfast and treat you well. Short walk to beach and stores.

Quiet and comfortable boutique hotel

Pros: The ambience as well as location and quick access to busier parts of Hotel Zone
Location: Very close to restaurants in Hotel Zone (but too far to walk). there are a few restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.
