The staff is very friendly and helpful , Lenin at the front help us to arrange transportation from the port to the hotel, which safe us about hour of waiting on a queue , also since we arrived to Barcelona early morning the stored our luggage for us and when the room was available the notified me via text and also send the luggage to our room before we got back to the hotel , that was a nice touch, some hotels don’t do that , So will definitely come back recommend this hotel .

We only stayed three nights but a couple things stood out. We had minor things we noticed in the room which made me think it’s not well cared for (lightbulb out in the bathroom, coffee machine did not work, there were not even Kleenex/tissues in the room). The bathroom is set up in such a way (no shower door) that a shower completely soaks the floor but they only give you one bath towel and one hand towel person so there’s nothing to mop it up with. The halls of this hotel are very dark and gloomy. The terrace bar was nice, great view of the city and us a retractable all weather roof. The location was nice, only about a six block walk to Plaza Catalunya. All in all while it was an okay hotel and the bed was comfy, we probably wouldn’t stay there again just because it was so gloomy and sparse.
