My husband and I celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary at Grand Residences Riviera Cancún and it was perfection. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the experience, staff, amenities, accommodations or area. It was the ultimate place for peace, relaxation, luxury, romance and fun. The bar has been set and I cannot wait to return.

We stayed 7/28-7/31/23. Grand Residences is by far the best resort we have stayed at. From Victor picking us up at the airport, to our concierge Griselda, to our check-in person Isai, and all the rest of the staff during our stay, we could not have had a better experience. The facilities are clean and beautiful, the staff are super attentive and the food was amazing. Definitely place Grand Residences on your list of places to stay if you will be in the Cancun area.

I don't understand why this hotel is been rated a 5 star hotel and has hight reviews. The propertie lacks of funtion Arquitecture, they have 2 restaurants only with old furniture and the operators improvised a terrace as restaurant. Food average to bad. The taco night was horrible.The pool bar closes around 5. One day the bar at the beach did lack of bottle water and yes I new this hotel was a chill hotel bad it lacks of any entertaining. The rooms were the only good thing about the propertie...Nice and very clean.The employes are awesome and feel bad for them becousei t seems that management don't give the tools for them to perform and they are obligate to work double work shif

Hotel, food, amenities and service was great up until it was packing day and we realized one of my swimsuits was missing and so far nothing has been done. No even an apology. Concierge acted like I was to blame that the swimsuit disappeared out of our room. Now it's worth to mention that housekeeping kept telling us how clean our villa was, so it's not like I misplaced it. I had a place for drying them and a place to put them after drying. All the other suits were together and accounted for except my brand new blue one. It's very disappointing that our great experience came down to this. I wouldn't say it ruined our vacation but definitely left a bad taste and I'm not sure we would go back.

The Hotel and amenities were a !0+, beach was wonderful. The staff were exceeded our expectations in every way!!! when we left we felt like we were leaving family. The Restaurants were beautiful and the food was 5 star. The staff at the Heaven Beach Bar became our family, we laughed so much, will definitely go back within the next year!!!!!

Better than I anticipated! The staff was very accommodating. This hotel is off the beaten path of downtown Cancun. Even though my stay there with short it would be the perfect place for long term stay!
