This property is absolutely terrible. Stay away. Upon parking, we had two individuals staring at us through their sliding glass door window as they made some makeshift item out of a wire clothes hanger. As we approached the entrance a staff member was outside the door smoking weed with a friend. The man checking us in was very friendly, but based on the experience until that point and his appearance (shaved head, shaved eye brows, tattoos, giant silver rings, bandana around his neck) I was becoming increasing uneasy. Still we checked in and went straight to our room. The motel itself smelled old and musty. Our room had dead flies all over the floor, was freezing cold and had a large black stain across the comforter. We promptly left. I didn't even feel comfortable letting the front desk know. I just told my daughter to hold my hand and walk straight to the car. That should not be advertised as a place to stay, and the executives of Motel 6 should do anonymous and undercover checks of their properties. It was a horrible experience.
