Enjoyed our stay!! Unfortunately there was a event going on that weekend so it made coming and going from hotel difficult.. Room service was lacking I’m assuming because of staffing.. coffee pot didn’t work but there was a Starbucks downstairs.. This was second time staying at this hotel.. Don’t think I will stay here again will try another hotel in the area…

The location to Cynthia Woods was great and the waterway and path was really nice. The vallet service would not let us check in and get out bags out prior to parking, which was inconvenient as we had to schlep our bags in from the parking garage....
