It wasn’t that I didn’t like, but I didn’t think it was that great, although the design in the lobby was inviting. A plus was it had very convenient check-in which I have not experienced before making it quick and easy.

This used to be a great hotel but unfortunately, it's getting tired now, our windows didn't close properly, the handles were falling off which left a gap around the window opening letting the road noise in which was very loud as the morning progressed. For our evening meal I ordered fish and chips, the fish was beautifully cooked but the salad was limp and looked like it had been plated up and left under the heat lamps. My daughter's meal was very expensive for what we were given, it lacked imagination and was tasteless, the breakfast was ok but once again the green leaf salads that were offered were only good for composting, your coffee was good and plentiful but nothing in comparison to what you used to do. "Come on Naumi" It doesn’t have to be like this. Get your management to eat at your restaurant and if they do not agree with my comments then they shouldn’t be in that position ...

The Hotel is excellent, sadly We found the bed was very hard, so our sleep was compromised because of this. Overall top hotel facilities sublime staff excellent location for travel.

Friendly staff, great restaurant and bar with relaxed atmosphere. And with the Yellow bus on the route to and from Auckland domestic and international airports, it was easily accessible. Haven't stayed before but will defiantly be staying again.
