The lighting in the room is terrible. Elevator is loud. Clerk was not friendly. Not enough towels. Would never recommend this property.

Staff was not friendly rather ve in phone conputer then help customers. Room not clean stained sheet looked like dry blood and had been washed.

We got a non smoking room and when you walked in you could smell smoke. There was a plastic baggy wrapped around the smoke detector, resin from a marijuana pipe on the nightstand, garbage between the bed and nightstand, the floor was soaked by the air conditioner and the a/c hardly worked. Then there was nothing but cereal for the breakfast at 830a. The front desk clerk was not helpful at all. Nothing was offered to rectify our displeasure. The bed was the only positive thing about the stay, it was very comfortable. However for the price we had to pay the quality sucked on everything else. Also we checked that we had 2 dogs when booking and nothing was added to our registration we were surprised when we checked in and were charged an additional $50 for our dogs. If you use the Travelocity booking and have dogs know you will be paying more at check in.

We were very disappointed with our stay. Indiana Mask Mandate was not followed by the staff. The whirlpool jets were not working correctly and the bottom of the whirlpool was dangerous with a screw sticking one inch up. A new paint job for the whirlpool would enhance the property. There were no towels available at the pool. The following morning there was not enough hot water for my husband to take a shower.
