Overall property was quiet but dated. Customer service was very responsive to calls for "maintenance related issues" .... refrigerator that didn't work, porch slider that was difficult to open, but these are basic items that should have been taken care of and not placed on the customer to report. Room cleaning only done every other day. 2 elevators very slow and lines to use at times. *** If you have never been to Virginia Beach before, beware that you will be hearing and seeing military jets fly over from 8am - 11pm frequently ... very loud ***

The property doesn’t have a room safe. We get there and my pillow case had blood on it we called to complain they said they would bring a new one up right away, but no one ever came. The room wasn’t cleaned very good and the ac didn’t keep room cool

Nice view from our room. Very disappointing that the outdoor pool closes at 9. We had some days it rained but cleared up and it was too late to go to the beach. It would have been nice to be able to use the outdoor pool longer. There were also game on the upper deck which we had no idea until our last night stay.

Good Stay

Pros: cant beat the views from any room in the hotel
Cons: arrived back to hotel around 10 at night and took 1 of 2 remaining parking spots. not sure what policy is if they are all taken. improve parking
Nice hotel on the north end of boardwalk. Lots to do and see within walking distance
