You Get What You Pay For

Checking in and out was quick. I wish check in was at 3 pm just like everywhere else. Here check in is 4 pm. The motel is old and needs a facelift. Carpet is a little moist. Is there a leak somewhere? Power outlets are limited. One is up front connected to the octopus wires connected to the tv, refrigerator, coffee maker lamps etc. Another one is behind the matress below your pillow when you sleep. The 3rd where you could charge you cell phone is near the bathroom door. 4rth is in the bathroom. Bathroom is clean but very small.

This was not a hotel, it was more like a city dump

Pros: nothing
Cons: a complete renovation
Location: terrible area.
upon checking in, the receptionist area was filthy and run down. the area where continental breakfast would be served was nasty and smell badly. the elevator squeaked while going up and down and rust all over. the room was nasty filthy old carpet. mattress cover exposed no fitted sheet or skirt to cover the box spring and spots all over it as if it was infested with bugs. soiled spread that was too small for the bed. water marks around the heater or if that was air condition. I did not enter the bathroom because my chest started to get tight from my asthma. I had to check out immediately. this was a birthday surprise trip for my husband's birthday and it was ruined.

Only good for one night

If I had to stay here longer than one night I wouldn't have. The least of problems was it was a smoking room with no ashtray. My biggest problem I'd that the WiFi was not working right. It would connect but not stay that way. It was asking for a Passcode so I called the front desk and they had no idea what that meant. I had work to do. I came downstairs at 1030am the day of checkout and no breakfast. Of course nobody told me anything regarding

decent motel.too far from boardwalk

Pros: The pool. The staff.;
the hotel was not within comfortable walking distance to most casinos. but the jitney stop was only one block away. the room was ok,clean and comfortable.but the hotel was a bit run down and not in very nice neighborhood. There was a 7-11 within walking distance open 24 hours. I thought it was overpriced at $ 88 for a Sunday night. The pool was lovely and well taken care of and the staff were all very nice. I would consider staying there again.

Unsafe Location!!

Can't believe some of he comments!! This hotel was nothing like the pictures. It is in a very seedy area with a dive bar and what seem to be half way houses. There were vagrants walking around at all hours, homeless individuals and illegal activity. After passing the bar you pass a scary so called hotel before you get to the Super 8!!! If that is what you call a good location good luck!! My room over looked some more run down scary places with drunks hanging outside all night. Inside the room the refrigerator is old, mold in the bathroom, burn marks in the curtains and found a nice big black beetle as we entered!! The pool is old and you have an audience of strangers from the surrounding buildings staring at you!! Spent my time away from the hotel as much as I could.

I didn't have to move my car

Reasonably priced practically a steal for this time of year...near the beach and the pier...the kids enjoyed the pool and free WiFi I enjoyed the Lil pub that was walking distance for a night cap. You get what you pay for but I feel like I got a bargain.

Nicer hotel than expected

The hotel was clean and the bathroom was clean. Just a little ways from the beach right on the boardwalk. Only issue is the location which isn't on a safe place in the city. Don't walk alone anywhere.

Not worth the price

Horrible cleaning service and horrible appliances including old television which is from the Stone Age and the suite is smaller than a walking closet and the alarm makes noises every 5 minutes and the breakfast runs out in the first 15 minutes and let's not forget the scenery the location is by a crackhouse and tons of prostitutes outside and drug deals happening in parking lot. The pool is filthy and you should get tested for diseas after going in there and behind the building there are homeless people having a party and getting high and the photos are not recent and the parking lot smells like dead animals.

Close to the Beach and Boardwalk

Close to the beach, the rooms furniture were outdated. The rooms on the outside of the motel near the street were terrible. Very unsafe, need better lighting around the motel. Continental breakfast was terrible
