The room was filthy with makeup on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. The door to the outside didn’t even close all the way and didn’t have a dead bolt. It was so bad we found another hotel. Staff was absolutely horrible and didn’t refund me all the money I spent. I’m a cheap college student and I couldn’t bring myself to stay in this horrible place. I don’t know how it’s legal to have those conditions. Don’t stay there. We ended up going to the showboat-much better and clean!

They had use towels had to buy them did not accommodate nothing no phone in room very,very small TV. Clean not at all had to clean my room, they did not accept original prior booking arrangement I had through travelocity took out full price out of my account $654.54 instead of $297.00 plus taxes with no help from representifve from travelocity. i needed an affordable room for the night & thats what i got. the gentleman allowed me to check in 20 minutes early which i appreciated. the gentleman at check out was very nice even though he couldnt provide a receipt of my stay since having booked through travelocity. i dont want to complain about the condition of the property because i knew what i was signing up for. however my room did not resemble the online photos at all. there might be updated rooms but not mine. my non-smoking room did not smell like an ashtray which is an incredible feat! the building is clearly worn & dated. a lot of trash blowing around. i later realized this is a characteristic of atlantic city & not exclusive to this motel. i made sure my door & window was locked. complimentary coffee was served in the lobby as promised. thanks!

2 NIGHTS STAY

Pros: It's proximity to the boardwalk
Cons: security, bathroom, furnitures
Friday night was great. I must have been to tired to hear anything. Saturday night I got no sleep. The place was swarming with drunks and crackheads.. Absolutely no sleep that night. It was a complete waste of my money. Staff was great and apologetic, good people work there. The rooms also need to be updated with microwave.. it is quite unsafe to have to pass all the crack heads to get down to the main office to warm up a slice of pizza at night... or at least give guest the option to pay to have a microwave.

You can do better

Upon arrival, learned the only microwave available was in the lobby, not the room. Was greeted by a smoke alarm with a low battery. They fixed the problem by removing the battery and cover. They were not replaced during my stay. The first night there was no heat or hot water. A steady breeze came through the gaps around the door. Although the staff was kind and considerate, the establishment is long overdue for repairs.

Don't go here unless you have to

Pros: Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
Not the place to be. No parking have to park around the back of the building and leave your car in some parking lot.
